MRE purchased an existing Class C office building and the adjacent parcel. Through a lot consolidation and redesign, the existing 13,000 SF building was brought down to the structural steel and redesigned and built into a 22,000 SF Class A office property. MRE located their corporate headquarters in the new fourth floor of the building. The second floor is leased to two law firms with the third floor available to lease.
