Our real estate portfolio has investments across retail, mixed use, industrial, multi-family, office and veterinary real estate across the eastern United States.

MRE properties is an owner, investor, operator, and developer of commercial real estate. We focused on investing in real estate operating businesses and direct real estate ownership. We have investments in office, retail, mixed use, multi-family, medical and veterinary real estate. We are direct owners and General Partner investors. 

We are always looking for great opportunities to partner with developers and value add investors.

Our Approach

We target projects that are located in established Mid-Atlantic markets with high barriers to entry.  We will invest in income-producing, value-add, and development opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic region.  We are asset class agnostic with a preference towards office, medical, multi-family and retail properties.
